deposit (non returnable) to secure booking. Balance 8
weeks before holiday. Cancellations: 6-8 weeks - 50% of
rate refunded. 2-6 weeks - 25% of rate refunded. Less
than 2 weeks - no refund. |

| Confirmation |
| Confirmation
will be sent via email, if you have not received
confirmation within 2 weeks of your holiday please
contact us. The confirmation email will contain your
property details, dates of stay, airport transfer and
car hire details (if booked through us). |

| Upon
Arrival: |

| If
you have booked our airport transfer service the driver
will meet you at the airport holding a board with your
name on, at the airport there are at times a large
number of drivers, remember our drivers have never seen
you so please look out, your driver will take you
straight to the door. If you have not booked our
transfers we can either meet you at our office or at the
property, please make sure you have our contact number.

the unlikely event you have a problem such as equipment
failure please contact us straight away this way any
problems can be sorted out, never leave it until you
return home. |

| Travel
Insurance: |

make sure you have adequate travel insurance cover,
should you have any medical problems such as high blood
pressure etc make sure the insurance company know. We
